Welcome to the world of HRDA!

Here you will find everything you want to know about joining the HRDA family, but if there is anything you do not find, please let us know.

We offer Core classes where we work towards BTDA graded examinations and performances. Children love the opportunity to showcase their hard work and achieve something wonderful.

We also offer Acrobatics classes where we work on flexibility, strength, control, balance, technique and tumbling. Students have the opportunity to participate in Acrobatic Arts exams each year and we are VERY proud to be an ACROBATIC ARTS REGISTERED STUDIO.

A very popular class with students is our Lyrical class. This is a style which incorporates ballet, jazz and contemporary dance techniques (and more recently acrobatics) with the emphasis on the emotion of the lyrics. With our long flowing skirts and graceful, emotive dancing, we guarantee you will love to watch something so beautiful!

As well as examinations, we also create showcases for parents regularly, work towards a whole school show, and students also have the opportunity to enter competitions if they would like.

My Story

Miss Kirstie has over 23 years of teaching experience both privately, and within schools. Dancing since the age of 4, dance became a huge part of her life. She later joined gymnastics and trained in music and performing arts. This led to becoming a qualified Cheerleading coach in 2006 and a fully qualified dance teacher. Qualified in many types of dance, and cheerleading, first aid trained, DBS checked and insured, with extensive experience in SEN.
